Drafts for my contents page and double page spread.

These are the two drafts for my contents page that i drew up.

I looked at various other contents pages in other music magazines to give me a basic idea and influenced me on how id go about producing my own contents page.

I've decided to use this draft for my music magazine.



The background will be one of the photos i have taken at a gig, and then i will place the text over the image.



This is my draft for my double page spread. It follows the conventions of a music magazine, as it shows the band on one side, and then they will be a questionnaire on the other page. Hopefully it will work well and will be successful.

Mastheads.

These are the mastheads i am considering on using for my music magazine.
i want it it bold and to stand out, but not to be really colourful.
Out of the 4 possible mastheads, i think the second one would work best as it isnt boring and plan and not to "in your face", but is still bold.
